Beer Description
In true American spirit, we’ve embarked on the journey of brewing up the traditional summer lager of Franconia and broken so many rules along the garden path. We’ve added rye to this amber lager in direct violation of the Reinheitsgebot. We’ve also used modern brewing techniques and enzymes to create a gluten removed beer. So that’s two strikes against this brew already. But here’s the thing, it has a creamy, spicy body nestled beneath a dense off-white head perfect for a cool evening watching the sun set. Sure it’s not “traditional” in the strictest sense. But it’s tasty, so we just got to ask, "Rye so Serious?
