The Collective Mind is a Lager, designed to be similar to European Pilsners but using non-traditional hops, like Azacca, and with a hint of grapefruit peel.
A unique collaboration that was born from the minds of the populace. Input on styles and ingredients were collected and then polled to create a beer designed by the people who it was brewed for. Like every aspect of our brewery, this beer was made with our community in mind.
