Beer Description
When we headed up to Yakima this past October, we knew we wanted to make this beer this year – so we went up this year to get great hops for the year, but also to find hops specifically for Westside IPA. It turns out that we were very successful, because Westside is tasting so good right now! We even ended up blindly picking 2 hops for this beer that were grown at the same farm in Yakima. Westside IPA is full of contradictions. Bold, but laidback – crafted, but chill – hoppy, but refreshing.
