Beer Description
Made from twelve different varieties of apples which hail from twelve different Ohio counties. We carefully hand peeled and thinly sliced every apple with a razor. Then slowly steeped in the mash tun for 12 hours and 6 minutes exactly. Double boiled and triple fermented for 3 months; then filtered thru a magical screen door.
