Beer Description
From start to finish, this beer’s foundation is built upon curiosity. Its experimental journey began by being primarily fermented with a farmhouse ale strain in our stainless steel fermenters. Layers of complexity progressed as the beer was then aged for 16 months in chardonnay and sauvignon blanc barrels with a mixed culture of lactobacillus and brettanomyces.
