On the palate, this thing is very much like our clear and bitter California IPAs, and we really dig it! The color is very pale, with a firm bitterness, and a sticky resin quality that is all fresh douglas fir, and super hoppy aromatics of blueberry muffin
Our Cold IPA, that clocked in at a whopping 100 point score on @craftbeerbrew IPA’s reviews, and also won a recent bronze at the World Beer Cup 2024 is back! What the heck is a Cold IPA? Well, for us it’s an IPA mashed with 30% rice to help lighten up the body and color and then fermented with lager yeast. On the palate, this thing is very much like our clear and bitter California IPAs, and we really dig it! The color is very pale, with a firm bitterness, and a sticky resin quality that is all fresh douglas fir, and super hoppy aromatics of blueberry muffins and strawberries.
