Beer Description
Our friends at Drake’s Brewing let us brew our 5 Year anniversary beer with lots of HOPS. H(op)ollister is a Double IPA with 5 different hops.. Light and refreshing with 2-row barley, old world pils, golden naked oats. We hopped up with classic West Coast Hops Bravo, Simcoe, and added a new experimental Hop “ Jarrylo”. We did 3 dry-hop additions of Simcoe, Jarrylo, Citra, HBC342, and EXP 01210 for lively citrus note, and a subtle dank, pine edge. Not a Session IPA.
