a New Zealand hop varietal called Nectaron in symphony with some of our favorite complementary hops: Mosaic and El Dorado. We’re getting transportive tropical oasis sensory notes with huge pineapple, mango, and dank character.
Parting Clouds of Indifference is a hazy ipa brewed with a bounty of wheat and oats for luxurious body, yeast that maintains that opaque aesthetic, and our first time using a New Zealand hop varietal called Nectaron in symphony with some of our favorite complementary hops: Mosaic and El Dorado.
