Beer Description
Flipping Pancakes was inspired by its sister barrel aged imperial stout – Dripping Maple. Instead of an imperial stout as its base, Flipping Pancakes is a blend of an oat heavy barleywine that was aged for 27 months in Willett Bourbon barrels and a Rye heavy barleywine that was aged for 34 months in Woodford Reserve Malt Whiskey barrels. The blend was then conditioned on Madagascar Vanilla Beans, Korintje Cinnamon and Maple
