A new and innovative approach to creating a west coast IPA coined “Cold IPA” our version was brewed with 30% rice, fermented with our Czech lager yeast, kettle and heavily dry hopped with Mosaic Cryo & Comet. Every Silver Lining is a crystal clear and smooth double IPA that is moderately bitter up front, yet cedes way to a tropical juicy fruit flavor and aroma in the finish.
