Pale malt, backed up by touches of Vienna & Dextrin provides a canvas to layer upon. Hallertau Blanc & Azacca hops provide classic notes of citrus & pine, as well as assorted tropical fruits & light stone fruit. A neutral American ale yeast strain rounds
This simple, straight-forward American Pale Ale straddles the line of two worlds… a nod to classic West Coast style pale ales with a tip of the hat to their softer, juicier cousins as well. Running parallel with one another they amalgamate into this low-ABV, full-flavored thirst quencher.
