Beer Description
We crafted a dry and funky Saison, blending it with 20% of our house culture inoculated Foudre. This unique concoction was then combined with Rosé juice and raspberries, allowing it to undergo a secondary fermentation in a barrel. The result is a dry and effervescent beer that showcases strong raspberry and wine flavors, complemented by the distinct characteristics of a wild ale.
Upon tasting, the raspberries take center stage on the front palate, followed by the classic notes of a Saison. The experience culminates in a pleasantly dry and subtly sweet Rosé finish, creating a harmonious balance of flavors that dance on the tongue.
