Beer Description
In our latest foray into the BrewHouse of Horrors, Beck and Jenni have seized the reins with a spirit of experimentation.
Their creation is a hazy IPA brewed with an unconventional blend of spelt, tritordeum, and rice, fermented using a lager yeast strain. The result is a full-bodied beer with a crisp, refreshing finish. New Zealand hops lend layers of citrus, which are further enhanced by the addition of local yuzu. Embracing the challenge, they’ve also incorporated a dash of terpenes, resulting in an Experi-mental IPA that defies categorization.
Beware, as this concoction is as enchanting as Medusa herself. One sip, and you may find yourself petrified with delight, unable to escape its mesmerizing grasp.
Ingredients: Malts: RR Base Malt (Kulin, WA), Cadiz Tritordeum Malt (Aus), Rolled Spelt (Aus), Flaked Rice (Aus), Chit Malt (Capel, WA)
