Jonathan Fong, co-founder of Sole Superior, expressed the desire for an approachable, bold, and fun beverage that aligns with the sneaker and streetwear convention’s 10-year anniversary in 2023. Recognizing the opportunity to showcase how beers can integrate into street culture, Sole Superior collaborated with Fossa Chocolate to create a unique brew. The resulting beverage is a blend of a robust stout and tart, sweet fruits, offering a silky, rich, and tart flavor profile with subtle aromas of raspberry, ruby peach, oatmeal, and coffee. This highly approachable drink is reminiscent of fine wine, enjoyable both immediately and over time.
