Beer Description
Make Waves is a groundbreaking IPA that showcases the newly developed hop cultivar, HBC1019, directly sourced from the Yakima Valley. This hop boasts a complex and potent flavor profile, featuring citrus, tropical, peach, and honeydew melon notes. To further enhance the brew, we combined HBC1019 with Freestyle Motueka™, NZ Superdelic™, and US Citra® hops, and added thiol-rich Phantasm™. The beer was then fermented using our in-house hazy yeast strain, resulting in a modern and innovative twist on the classic India Pale Ale.
