This DDH IPA has been named after the hills that stand at the source of the Lune Valley in the home village of our director. Elephant levels of IDAHO 7, TALUS & EL DORADO, to deliver bursting flavours of Mango, grapefruit and Pineapples and an aroma that’ll leave you drooling. WHC Lab’s have developed an innovative yeast to increase hop bioavailability, and we’re one of the first breweries to create a beer with this game changing yeast.
