Beer Description
We took a simplified version of a Midwestern IPA grain bill and dosed it heavily with Centennial hops, shipped overnight from Crosby Hop Farms in Oregon. Hints of toasty malt harmonize perfectly with the vivid, citrus notes that boast flavors of lemon peel and tangerine, tinged with fresh cut grass and pine needles. Experience Centennial hops the way your farmer always wanted, FRESH!
