Beet Saison
Once again we’ve teamed up with our farming friends @worldsendschool to bring you a vibrant dose of summer produce in a glass. A simple wheat and rye base fermented with one of our favorite saison cultures lays the base for 120lbs of locally farmed, roasted beets which are added towards the tail end of fermentation. This stunner pours with a deep magenta hue and neon pink foam that can be easily spotted across the room. Bold yet balanced flavors of earthy beets and fruit leather complement the peppery esters and subtle spice-like phenols produced during fermentation.
