Beer Description
Sketchbook Brewing Cumulus fermented with spent chardonnay yeast (aka “Lees”) from City Winery in Chicago. A fun experimentation we’re doing to try to bring aspects of the brewing and winery world together for a unique taste. You’ll be able to taste the qualities of both with each sip.
