Beer Description
Two passions we’re fixated on at Rocky Ridge are Pilsners and the unique aroma derived from wild yeast.
This brew was a staff favorite before COVID-19, so it’s only natural that we decided to bring it back for another run.
Our Core Range Pilsner was side-streamed into ex-Chenin barrels and inoculated with Brettanomyces wild yeast, allowing it to re-ferment for six months before bottling.
The outcome is a Bretted Lager with bready malt notes, the scent of fresh-cut hay, Brett funk, and high carbonation – everything we absolutely adore at Rocky Ridge.
