Beer Description
Tropical Sour w/ Blackberry Bramble with Key Lime and Lemon Verbena
Deliciously tart and magenta hued, this is a brand new draft only sour. We went down a rabbit hole of fruited cocktail shrubs and ultimately came up with this little gem. We implement our house souring technique for clean acidity, dumped loads of a fresh blackberry puree, along with a little kiss of key lime puree for some additional brightness. Finally we cold steeped some incredibly aromatic lemon verbena atop the for some complex citrus and floral notes to complete the experience.
