Citra & Nelson Sauvin bring out flavors of ripe gooseberry and melon while retaining the crisp bite, grapefruit pith, and piney finish that one might expect from a WCIPA.
This Fifth Hammer first is a laid back, SoCal take on the classic West Coast IPA. Using more modern hops, we’ve diversified the flavor profile on this golden, slightly hazy brew. Citra & Nelson Sauvin bring out flavors of ripe gooseberry and melon while retaining the crisp bite, grapefruit pith, and piney finish that one might expect from a WCIPA.
