For the foundation of this hazy IPA, we relied on a reliable grist bill consisting of extra pale ale malt, German wheat malt, and a touch of flaked oats. Simple ingredients, precise execution. But now, let’s venture into the thrilling realm of dry hopping. Strata hops from @crosbyhops take center stage, leading you on a journey beyond the ordinary. Both T90 pellets and the innovative CryoGenic lupulin pellets, CGX, are used in abundance, resulting in a symphony of flavors: strawberry, grapefruit, melon, and passion fruit.
