Beer Description
Our Italian style Pilsner is brewed with German malts and hops with an extra level of refinement from two, light dry hop additions during fermentation. Nei Pini translates to “In the Pines” in Italian and seemed fitting here at the brewery on the edge of our Christmas Tree farm. Just the right balance of malt sweetness, bread crust crackle and spicy hop character to please the lager and hop aficionado’s alike.
