From here on out, we’re ONLY LOOKING FORWARD toward the future of the IPA. Take this Triple Dry Hopped West Coast Double IPA for example; filled with an amalgam of Citra, Citra 702, Mosaic, Simcoe, HBC 630 Cryo, and YCH 303 Trial hops, this beverage tastes of the future. A clear, golden yellow-hued body lays a forward-thinking deception for the absolutely hop-saturated flavors ahead. Aromas of guava, grapefruit, and delicate pine intertwine with flavors of strawberry hard candy and zesty citrus, all housed in a medium-bitter, hop-saturated body that drinks easy with a lingering fruity finish.
