Beer Description
A balanced and highly drinkable amber style ale inspired by one of the most historic German styles, the altbier. A clean and brilliant beer with a smooth and crisp finish. Brewed with a blend of Pilsner, Vienna, and Munich malts, hopped judiciously with Tettnanger and Mittelfrüh hops, and fermented slow at the cool edges that kölsch yeast can go. Lagered extensively and naturally carbonated. Notes of delicate dried date, baked nut bread, floral hops, and with a dry and crisp finish. Ruckzuck is super complimentary to the warm NOLA fall.
