Our luxuriously wet-hopped Citra and Galaxy Double India Pale Ale! We take our finest and freshest Double India Pale Ale (whiteferrari) and make it even fresher! We hit the finished wort with whole-cone “wet” Citra hops from Oregon that were picked, flash frozen, and shipped to us immediately for use in this beer. For good measure, we used also tossed in our freshest Galaxy and Citra hop pellets. The result is a super juicy Double India Pale Ale that can only be brewed during the hop harvest. Super fresh and bursting with round, juicy tropical fruit, melon, peach, and candied orange.
