Over 1800lbs of fresh apricots from California were pitted and conditioned on barrel-aged golden sour. After being inoculated with our house sour culture, fresh orange zest and pink Himalayan sea salt were added to the blend for notes of tart plum skins

This very limited Golden Sour Ale was originally intended for our Burnpile 2024 Ticket Holders. Over 1800lbs of fresh apricots from California were pitted and conditioned on barrel-aged golden sour. After being inoculated with our house sour culture, fresh orange zest and pink Himalayan sea salt were added to the blend for notes of tart plum skins, orange tang, and fresh citrus blossoms.
