Beer Description
Cinnamon and chiles spice up to this Mexican-style chocolate milk stout. Cocoa nibs, dark roasted malts, and lactose make for a thick, fudgy base. Ceylon (true) cinnamon adds a fragrant spice to the aroma. Mild ancho chile brings layers of raisin and earthy smoke while chile de arbol adds a warming heat to the finish, and works complements the cinnamon to keep you toasty.
