Beer Description
This imperial stout is our annual release and tribute to the original Bourbon barrel-aged stout. This year’s release is a culmination of 2 different stouts – Russian and Oatmeal Imperial. The bulk of which aged in whiskey barrels from Westward Whiskey and the remainder aged in stainless to provide balance. While this one might not be coming straight from Bourbon County, we still get thirsty here in Thurston County, and this is our solution!
