Beer Description
We used 12 pounds of various citrus fruits per barrel to create this tart and refreshing beer. The base style is a Belgian-style Wit beer, which usually has orange peel and coriander added, but instead of going the subtle and suggestive route with the citrus, we omitted the coriander and used a few hundred pounds of fruit to get all the zest and juice that is in this ale.
