Beer Description
A Pub Ale brewed with a nod to English Pub culture and their sessionable cask ales. This copper colored beauty is small by design, but thoughtfully crafted to be greater than the sum of its parts. English Maris Otter malt, a touch of crystal malt, a pinch of hops – and that’s about it. The result is delicious without drawing attention to itself. There is nothing distracting about the subtle stone fruit esters playing off notes of lightly carmelized sugar, whole wheat bread, toffee and raisin. It isnโt just sneaky good, it is downright cozy. So pull up a chair and stay awhile.
