Philly Beer Week Chairman William Reed and Sly Fox brewmaster Brian O’Reilly collaborated on a PBW beer for the seventh year in a row. Tasting Notes: Saaz hops from the Czech Republic (pilsner’s birthplace) provide a clean, grassy nose and pleasantly sharp flavor. This beer achieves its goal of being perfect for summer day-drinking.
