Aroma: Strong oak character. Caramel, toffee, brown sugar, molasses and vanilla, dried fruit, nutty aromas & whiskey.
Flavor: Mildly sweet, gentle bitterness, subtly umami and moderate lingering sweetness. Medium body, some tingling carbonation, a definite alcohol burn, some astringency and mildly mouthwatering.
