Beer Description
Like John Mellencamp, we sometimes get nostalgic for simpler times, like bitter IPAs from the early 2000s with classic craft beer hops. Kettle and reasonably dry hopped with Chinook, Amarillo, Mackinac, and Citra.
We perceive a firm bitterness and snappy finish with flavors of pine, caramelized orange marmalade, and Phish show.
