Knees Up pours with a beautiful dark brown hue and carryβs a subtle toasted malt aroma with restrained notes of biscuit, coffee, bakers chocolate, and an alluring latte-esque foam. Inspired by the rich history of this style we brewed this with marris otter, brown malt, and pale chocolate malts from the legendary English maltster Thomas Fawcett and whole leaf golding hops. All enjoyed at a dignified 5.3%.
