That’s right, we’re back at it again with our friends
at Twin Elephant Brewing to bring you the newest entry to our Doppelbängers series, Doppelbängers: Here There Be Monsters. With Twin showing us the secrets to their recipe, this is our take on their legendary hoppy brew. This 7.7% NE style DIPA was brewed with a base of Wheat and Oats and hit with a massive Double Dry Hopping of all New Zealand hops (Riwaka, Wakatu, Motueka, Rakau, and Moutere) from @freestylehops to form a monstrous blast of bright tropical flavor.
Pouring this beer into a glass reveals a vibrant yellow liquid and upon sipping we’re getting hit with notes of big stone fruit (think peach & nectarine), ripe passion fruit, zesty lemon-lime, juicy grapefruit, and ripe mango.
