Deep City Pale Ale (5% ABV) is brewed with Briess Heritage Gold & Pilsen malt, with Citra, El Dorado, & Mosaic hops bringing bright tropical flavors. Expect passion fruit aroma, fresh cantaloupe & mandarin on the palate, with citrus peel & pine to finish.
Eight years ago, we brewed a beer called Deep City for draft in Burlington—named for our place by the lake, in the deep city. When we opened our restaurant, the name carried over, representing both our home and our evolution. Now, we’ve made a canned beer about it.
