Beer Description
Brewed & naturally fermented on spent nectarines.
Masumoto Family Farm nectarines and peaches from two previous beers (Third Tree and another beer yet to be released) on which we racked a Saison recipe to ferment naturally with residual wild yeast and bacteria remaining on the spent fruit. Secondary fermentation and conditioning in 750ml GREEN cork and caged champagne bottles.
