Belgian Witbier. Brewed to celebrate the coming of spring, this beer is all about being fresh and bright. Hopped like a pale ale with Amarillo, Cascade, Centennial and Crystal this wit beer is considerably hoppier than a traditional Belgian Witbier. We also added a hint of blood orange, coriander and lemon grass. Stats: 4.8% ABV, 35 IBUs, Batch 018. Ingredients: Pilsner Malt, White Wheat, Flaked Wheat, Coriander Seed, Lemongrass, Blood Oranges, Amarillo, Cascade, Centennial, Crystal, Belgian Ale Yeast.
