Beer Description
Our ode to the classic West Coast hoppy Imperial IPA. This big, deceptively easy to drink monster is fashioned from a simple grain bill 2 Row, C-40 and Dextrose. We then hopped judiciously at 60 minutes with hop extract and at 20 minutes and flameout with Columbus, centennial and cascade. Post fermentation, this brew is dry hopped 3 time with Simcoe, centennial, Amarillo and Columbus for juicy notes of citrus and pine and dank undertones. This recipe was created with reverence to the true masters of this classic style.
