Beer Description
This beer is and always will be an homage to one of the OG West Coast hoppy beers from the San Diego area. Despite its looks, it a full on West Coast hammer of a beer. It’s still all about the hops! We love that WC hop bitterness and flavor
Hopped with Nelson & Wakatu, brewed with a touch of Rye malt and left unfiltered/unfined for maximum Keller performance. We present to you the first batch of DOUBLE DRY HOPPED Sleeps. Doubling the Dry Hop quantity at two separate dosing times! This beer is and always will be an homage to one of the OG West Coast hoppy beers from the San Diego area. Despite its looks, it a full on West Coast hammer of a beer. It’s still all about the hops! We love that WC hop bitterness and flavor while maintaining a soft and fluffy mouthfeel.
Fermenting this beer with 001 leaves a clean slate for epic tropical fruit forward and dank-y diesel aromatics all while staying dry, crisp and hop resin-y.
