Beer Description
This is a pale beer that has aroma of spicy pepper/citrus as well as fruity esters due to the Belgian yeast strain that this ale is fermented with.
This beer is brewed with bitter orange peel, coriander and grains of paradise which can add a very unique and complex spice character. People once believed that grains of paradise only grew in Eden and had to be collected as they floated down the rivers out of paradise.
