Beer Description
Spur is a smoked cider made with McIntosh, Cortland, & Northern Spy apples that were smoked in our smoker in February of 2024 using applewood and cherrywood.. As fans of smoked beverages like rauchbier, grodziskie, mezcal, and peated whiskeys – we wanted to create something that brings these same flavors to cider. Spur combines wispy smoked notes, with a refreshing fruity apple finish.
