Beer Description
Pilsner with Riwaka.
Quite possibly the least creative name in our arsenal. But we wanted to make it CLEAR. Like what beer could this possibly be? Maybe it has hops from New Zealand? Maybe it’s lower ABV? Shot in the dark but it might be lighter to medium body to make the hops POP? Lager yeast? We don’t just name our beers with random acronyms and styles. Well, not random anyway. Dry Hopped lovingly and incredibly lightly (5kg into 20BBL) by the POWER OF RIWAKA (yes we changed that up), we’re talking danky dank with notes of pineapple, pink grapefruit, papaya and a little herbal action on the back end… a “small” beer that packs it in for a fascinating sensory ride, the Riwaka might be TOO good for this brew. But is this even an NZ Pils? And what exactly is that anyway?
