Beer Description
This one’s for the Phantasm Phreaks – this is PHUTURE PRESENT PAST, our newest throes into the thiol-sphere. We concocted a DDH West Coast IPA laden with the magic Sauv Blanc-derived precursor and padded with YCH 303 Trial, Nelson, Strata, Mosaic, Citra, and Cashmere for good measure. At 7.1%, this is a deceiving westie – a moderate ABV but a major timeline of flavor. Lively carbonation and a dry profile lends a thrill ride of flavor from aromas of passionfruit and Sauv Blanc to flavors of tangerine sorbet and guava. Snap into this Phantastic science project of a beer.
