Beer Description
A new variant entry in the Snowbirds series. This Imperial Stout is double barrel aged, 10 months in Rum barrels then transferred to Rye whiskey barrels for an additional 14 months. We then took this double barrel magic and conditioned it on wild Thai bananas, toasted walnuts, vanilla and cinnamon to give it a distinct banana nut muffin character.
