Beer Description
West Coast Triple India Pale Ale inspired by some of the great West Coast breweries making some incredible TIPAs, this one is a beast! Clocking in 89 IBUs and hopped aggressively with Columbus, Citra Lupulin powder, Amarillo, Simcoe, and Mosaic Lupulin powder. Thou has an explosive aroma and flavor profile with notes of dank, sticky hops, bright stone fruit, grapefruit rind, and a touch of melon. Fairly dry with a crisp effervescence and a touch of alcohol heat. This will be a once a year brew for us, so make sure you get your hands on some before itβs gone!
