Beer Description
This wine, selected in 1997 by the Elysée and highly appreciated by our former president Jacques Chirac, is primarily a dessert wine, ideal to accompany fruit.
However, as a late harvest, with a high residual sugar, it is also appropriate as an aperitif or around a good galette.
(apples of this wine are preserved almost 3 months under shelter. shriveled when pressing, the sugar in the wort press is exceptionally high). Low alcohol content of about 3%, Guard 3-5 years. 2010 harvest exhausted available early next harvest in April 2012!
