Beer Description
West Coast IPA but more inspired by east coast IPAs of the time. It seems our east coast roots came through without us realizing it. However it is described, it fits our desire of a tasty IPA we want to drink lots of. Extremely drinkable and enjoyable.
When we formulated this beer a year or three ago (time is a hazy thing), we thought we were inspired by our memories of West Coast IPAs from back in the day. Our Mutual Respect Brewers Co-op in-house beer god told us he didn’t think it was a West Coast IPA but more inspired by east coast IPAs of the time. It seems our east coast roots came through without us realizing it. However it is described, it fits our desire of a tasty IPA we want to drink lots of. Extremely drinkable and enjoyable.
